It’s time to share a little bit of what I’ve been up to lately…..what books I’ve been reading (obviously), but also what shows I’ve been watching, what food I’ve been eating, what I’ve been writing. It’s a chance for me to share some non-bookish stuff with you so you can get to know me a little better.
WHAT I’VE BEEN WATCHING:
We’ve been crushing through Mobland on Paramount Plus (my least favorite platform). The characters and acting are 💯. There’s lots of action and double-crossing. If you loved Peeky Blinders like I did, then you’ll also probably enjoy this gangster family drama by Guy Ritchie.
WHAT I’VE BEEN UP TO:
We officially have a graduate in the family…bye bye Elementary school! We celebrated Cash’s “promotion” from Elementary School last week with a nice ceremony at school and Grad Party for the whole class. So proud of all his hard work!
We also had our final soccer tourney of the season in San Diego, where both boys took 2nd place. we built lots of corer memories with friends and family…and Alex and I don’t know what to do with all our free time now. jk.
And we are officially on Summer Break! We played some Foot Golf at Rancho Park and had a pool party to start the season off right!
Hoping the rest of this month brings us all more summer fun!
